Sprinto is a security compliance software designed for cloud companies, offering strong automation features. However, their Trust Center and access control tools were outdated and difficult to use, making it hard for clients to properly display their security stance and handle compliance effectively.
The existing interface was lacking in scalability, responsiveness, and customization options, which made it tough for clients to adapt the Trust Center to their specific branding needs. To address these issues, it became essential to modernize the Trust Center, not just to meet compliance standards but also to greatly improve the user experience for all clients.

Introduction
Sprinto focuses on improving how businesses handle compliance and security with its innovative Trust Center and access control features. The goal of this project was to design a modern, user-friendly interface that solves the issues caused by outdated systems. We aimed to improve usability, make the platform more responsive, and add simple design features to make managing compliance easier. By meeting these objectives, Sprinto helps its clients handle their security and compliance more smoothly, building trust and boosting efficiency in their operations.

Design Process
Our design process for Sprinto focused on modernizing the Trust Center and access control features to enhance user experience. We started with user research and competitor analysis, leading to the development of intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes. These were refined through continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
Discovery and Research
We began by analyzing Sprinto’s existing Trust Center, conducting competitor research on platforms like Vanta, Drata, and SecureFrame. The goal was to understand the shortcomings of the existing system and explore industry best practices. We also gathered feedback from Sprinto's CX team and clients to identify pain points and prioritize improvements.
Solution Ideation
Based on our research, we developed multiple design concepts, focusing on creating a scalable, customizable Trust Center. We explored various user-friendly features, such as drag-and-drop functionality and real-time previews, to make it easier for users to configure their Trust Centers. Once the initial solutions were sketched out, we worked closely with the product team to align our designs with business goals.
Design and Prototyping
Next, we created high-fidelity wireframes that mapped out the user flows and structure for both the backend admin panel and the external Trust Center. By leveraging Sprinto's existing design system for the backend and designing the external interface from scratch, we ensured both consistency and creativity. Interactive prototypes were then built and shared with internal stakeholders for validation.
Testing and Feedback
We conducted thorough user acceptance testing (UAT), connecting with select clients to showcase the new designs and gather feedback. Based on their input, we made refinements to the design to ensure the Trust Center met user expectations while also delivering business value.
Development and Launch
With the final design in place, we collaborated with the development team to implement the Trust Center using React. Throughout the implementation phase, we continuously incorporated client feedback and monitored performance metrics. The new Trust Center was launched to Sprinto’s clients, and post-launch feedback was tracked to measure the success of the redesign.

The existing Trust Center was outdated and not scalable, resulting in a poor user experience. Clients struggled to showcase their security posture effectively, leading to frustration.
We modernized the Trust Center with a clean, responsive design that allowed for easy drag-and-drop functionality. This update enabled users to customize their Trust Centers effortlessly while maintaining a visually appealing interface.
With around 2,000 clients, it was essential to create a Trust Center that could cater to various branding needs while remaining neutral and adaptable.
We developed customizable options within the Trust Center, allowing users to upload logos, adjust fonts, and change color schemes. This flexibility ensured that the Trust Center aligned with different brand identities while providing a consistent user experience.
Gathering and incorporating user feedback effectively during the design process was crucial but challenging. Delays in feedback could lead to missed opportunities for improvement.
We established a close collaboration with the CX team, conducting regular check-ins and utilizing user feedback loops throughout the design phase. This iterative approach ensured that we addressed user concerns promptly, leading to a more refined final product.
